About Our Therapist
Brittany McCulloch, LCSW specializes in individual therapy for complex trauma, betrayal trauma, and dissociative disorders. Drawing from her extensive knowledge, ongoing education, and personal experience, she is deeply attuned to each client’s unique story and nervous system. Her approach centers on creating a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their emotions and experiences on their healing journey. Though she is not a ‘talk therapist’, she uses conversation as one of many tools to communicate and connect with clients, alongside somatic and parts awareness. She also draws on attunement and connection with her own internal system to better serve and support those she works with.
She empowers clients with tools to build awareness, trust their intuition, and listen to what their body and internal parts are communicating. Common session themes include boundaries, relational dynamics, trauma symptoms and triggers, the four trauma responses, the Drama Triangle, grief, coercive control, nervous system regulation techniques and strategies for coping for with hormonal effects.
